Product Updates
What's New in LAX
Every improvement, feature, and fix — documented as we ship.
Add stocks to a setup without leaving the Setups page
Until now you could only start tracking a stock from a scanner result or a stock page. The Setups page now has its own "Add stocks" button — search by symbol or company name, pick as many as you want, choose the setup to track them against, and add them in one go. You can also paste a list you copied from somewhere else, like "RELIANCE, INFY, TCS" or a column of symbols from a spreadsheet, and they will be matched for you. Stocks already being watched in that setup are hidden from the results so you cannot add them twice.
Shortlist moves into the sidebar
Your shortlist could only be reached from a scanner result, and opening it dropped you out of the app — the sidebar and search bar disappeared, and you had to go back to get anywhere else. There is now a "Shortlist" entry in the sidebar, right below Compare, showing how many stocks you have saved. The page itself sits in the same layout as the rest of the app, so the sidebar and search stay with you while you review it.
A simpler sidebar menu
The narrow icon-only sidebar used to behave differently depending on which icon you clicked — some took you to a page, some did nothing, and menus popped open just by moving your mouse over them. Now there is one simple rule: when the sidebar is narrow, clicking anywhere on it opens the full menu. Once it is open, click the item you want. Hover over any icon to see its name before you click.
Four charts at a time in scanner chart view
The chart view on every scanner now shows four charts in a 2x2 block instead of two, so you get through a result list in half the clicks. The charts are sized to fit on one screen, and the arrow buttons and left/right arrow keys still move you a full screen at a time.
Sharper filters on MTF Approved Securities
Pick Zerodha or Kotak and the list narrows to what that broker actually offers — and any leverage range you set is matched against that broker's own numbers, so the list you copy to TradingView is one you can actually trade. There are new filters too: market cap, a stocks-only or ETFs-only view, an F&O and non-F&O split, and separate leverage ranges for MTF and F&O instead of one combined filter. Your selections are remembered for next time, and they live in the page address, so you can bookmark a view you check every day or send it to someone and they will see exactly what you see.
FPI sector flows — see where foreign money is moving
Track Foreign Portfolio Investors sector by sector, powered by NSDL's fortnightly data. Market Pulse now shows the latest fortnight at a glance — the market-wide net flow plus the sectors FPIs bought and sold the most. For the full story, the FII/DII page has a new "FPI Sectors" view with per-sector flow trends, a rotation map showing sustained buying or selling streaks across two years of fortnights, and each sector's share of the total FPI portfolio over time.
Setups — track stocks until your conditions align
Found a promising stock in a scanner but waiting for your own confirmation? Track it into a Setup — your reusable checklist of conditions — and it will appear in the new Trade Ready inbox the day everything lines up. Setups also clean up after themselves: stocks that stop qualifying or go stale leave your watch queue automatically.
Renew or extend your plan anytime
You no longer have to wait for your subscription to expire. Extend while your plan is still active and the new period stacks on top of your current end date — no days are ever lost. Monthly users can also upgrade to Annual mid-cycle, and you'll see your exact new end date before you pay.
Order history
A new Orders page (linked from your profile) lists every purchase with its status, the exact access period it added, and the reason if a payment couldn't be verified.
Cancel a pending payment
Submitted a payment by mistake or want to change plans? You can now cancel a pending order yourself from your profile or the subscribe page, and submit a new one immediately.
Simpler, safer checkout
Pick a plan and pay the exact amount shown — no more typing the amount yourself. Every order gets a reference number you can use with support, and prices across the site now always reflect the latest plans.
Sidebar now expands on click instead of hover
The navigation sidebar no longer expands every time your mouse passes over it. Click anywhere on the collapsed sidebar to expand it, and use the collapse button next to the logo to tuck it away. Your choice is remembered across visits, and the sidebar still collapses automatically a few seconds after your mouse leaves it. Hovering an icon while collapsed still shows its quick menu.
Mobile & tablet experience overhaul
We gave the whole app a thorough pass on phones and tablets. Watchlist and sector lists now show their full set of performance metrics — RS scores, change %, NOUS and BNF strength, and more — as clear, colour-coded tags instead of an overlapping strip. Scanner, F&O, sector and ETF cards keep the price and candlestick clear of their action buttons, which now sit in a tidy row along the bottom. The scanner, F&O and sector data tables stay within their own panel instead of pushing the whole page sideways. The homepage highlights wrap neatly at every width, and the LAX.SH logo now renders with its full gradient in the mobile menu.
Google sign-in now shows progress while logging you in
After choosing your Google account, the sign-in button now shows a spinner and “Signing you in…” while we finish setting up your session. Previously nothing changed on screen during this step, which on slower connections made it look like the click hadn't worked — clicking again could interrupt the login. The button is now disabled until sign-in completes.
Filtering scanner results by watchlist works again
On scanner pages, narrowing results to one or more of your watchlists had stopped working and showed no stocks. Picking any watchlist (or “All Watchlists”) now correctly limits the results to the stocks in those watchlists.
Paid plans now activate instantly — no re-login needed
Previously, when your payment was approved you could get signed out and had to log in again before your paid features appeared. Now the app picks up the approval automatically: the moment your plan is activated, paid features unlock in your current session without any interruption.
Filter the PEAD scanner by result quarter
PEAD results now have a Quarter toggle so you can focus on the season you care about — switch between names riding their latest quarterly result and those still drifting on an earlier one, or view all of them together. The toggle shows each quarter inline (e.g. “Current (Mar 2026)”) so it’s clear which season you’re looking at.
Cleaner chart view in scanners — two charts at a time
The chart view in scanner results now shows two charts side by side and lets you move through your results a pair at a time — use the ‹ › arrows, the on-chart side arrows, or your keyboard's ← / → keys, just like the single-chart view. A counter shows exactly where you are in the list. Each chart's info row has also been cleaned up into a clearly-labelled flow — symbol, price, change, then the key metrics — that fills the available width, with the action buttons tucked neatly to the side.
New Golden Crossover scanner under Technical
A new Technical scanner that surfaces stocks where the short-term moving average has crossed above the long-term average — a classic bullish trend signal. Available under Scanners → Technical → Golden Crossover.
New PEAD scanner — surf post-earnings drifts
A new Fundamental scanner that surfaces stocks reacting strongly to their latest quarterly result and still holding the gain. Three new columns show how the drift is playing out: Reaction (the open-to-close move on the result day), Max High (the best move achieved since), and Net Move (how much of the drift is still on the table). Sort by any of them to find the freshest setups, the strongest current moves, or the ones still hugging their highs.
F&O Stocks now has a Sectors view
Added a new Sectors tab on the F&O Stocks page alongside Details and Heatmap. It shows the same sector breakdown you see on the Sectors page, but with metrics computed only across F&O-eligible stocks in each sector. Expand any sector to see its F&O constituents without leaving the page.
Portfolio NAV chart now colors above-base in green and below-base in red
The Portfolio NAV chart now visually splits along your starting value — the line and the area underneath turn green wherever your NAV is above the base and red wherever it dips below. Previously the chart was a single solid color, so you couldn't see at a glance the periods when your portfolio was underwater. A separate bug was also fixed that was causing the NAV chart to fail to render in some cases.
Watchlist details page with today's overview and action shortcuts
Open any watchlist from the hub to land on a dedicated details page that shows today's breadth, top movers, and new signals at a glance, alongside the watchlist's composite metrics. The stock list now supports the same Table / 2-chart / single-chart views as the scanner with full filtering, and each row exposes one-click actions to add to shortlist or compare, move between watchlists, or remove.
IPO Logic scanner
A new Technical scanner — IPO Logic — surfaces recently listed IPOs that are setting up bullishly on the daily timeframe. Find it under Scanners → Technical, or jump straight to /scanners/technical/ipoLogic.
Top Momentum Stocks dashboard
A new "Top Momentum Stocks" dashboard surfaces the strongest movers across the market — pulling top stocks from NIFTY 50, Midcap, Smallcap, Microcap, and SME indices into a single momentum-focused view.
Faster perceived loading — pages show skeleton outlines while data loads
Every data-heavy page now renders a skeleton outline immediately on navigation, then swaps to real content when the data resolves — no more flash of empty layout. A subtle progress bar at the top tracks route changes; a thin background-refresh indicator appears when fresh data is being fetched without blocking the page you're already viewing.
Branded LAX share images on social media
Sharing a LAX link on X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Slack now shows a branded preview specific to what you shared — the stock's ticker, name and last price for stock pages; the fund name, AMC and AUM for ETFs and mutual funds; the scanner name and category for scanner pages; the post title for blog posts. Previously every link rendered the same default image.
Custom Scanner — six new RS score filters
The Custom Scanner builder gains six new filterable scores under Returns & Relative Strength: SEEM Score, Sales Growth RS, EPS Growth RS, Efficiency RS, Margin RS, and Float RS. Each accepts an integer 0–100 and supports the full set of numeric operators (>, <, ≥, ≤, =, Between), so you can screen for stocks scoring strongly on individual fundamental RS dimensions or on the overall composite.
Near real-time Result Announcements & Result Calendar
Result Announcements and the Result Calendar now refresh in near real-time — new filings and calendar updates appear within 10 minutes of being published, instead of waiting for the next daily refresh.
Direct PDF links on result announcements
Each result announcement now links straight to the company's BSE-filed result PDF when available. Open the PDF from the Result Announcements page (card or table view) or from any quarter on a stock detail page — both the Quarterly Results timeline and the Detailed Financials → Quarterly table now show a PDF shortcut next to the period.
Smarter stock search with typo tolerance and better ranking
Stock search (both the top search bar and the sidebar command palette) now handles typos — typing "RELANCE" still finds RELIANCE — and correctly looks up tickers with special characters like "M&M" or "L&T". Results are ranked so the exact ticker you typed always appears first, with closest symbol and company-name matches following.
MTF Approved Securities — removed Exposure Shares column
Dropped the "Exposure Sh" column from the MTF Approved Securities table. Exposure Amount and % of Mcap already convey the size of outstanding exposure more directly, so the share count was largely redundant.
ETF tickers now open ETF detail pages everywhere
Across scanners, watchlists, portfolio holdings, indices, sector tables, fund holdings, MTF approved securities, the search box, and dashboard sections, clicking on an ETF ticker now takes you to that ETF's detail page instead of the stock page. Previously many lists routed ETFs to the stock detail page, which would show the wrong layout.
MTF Approved Securities — sorting on % Mcap and Exposure Amt
Sorting the MTF Approved Securities table by % Mcap or Exposure Amt now works correctly on every click. Previously the first click sorted, but subsequent clicks appeared to do nothing because rows with no exposure data filed yet were piling up at the top of the table. Those rows now sit at the bottom, so toggling between ascending and descending actually reorders what you see.
Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)
Every ETF now has its own detail page with returns, expense ratio, NAV history, AUM trend, sector exposure, and full holdings — plus Rolling CAGR consistency stats and built-in SIP / Lumpsum calculators. Stock pages gain a "Held by ETFs" card, and index pages show each constituent's weight.
Mutual Funds
A new Mutual Funds section lets you browse every scheme with filters for category, sub-category, and AMC. Each scheme has a detail page with a plan picker, NAV chart, AUM trend, sector exposure, and equity & non-equity holdings — plus Rolling CAGR consistency stats and SIP / Lumpsum calculators. Stock pages gain a "Held by Mutual Funds" card.
Single-chart layout for scanner results
Scanner results now offer a focused full-screen single-chart view alongside table and grid. Step through the entire result set with arrow keys, with every key metric inlined in the header and shortlist, watchlist, compare, and discard actions on each stock.
New "Turn Around" special-situation badge
Turnaround stocks now carry a distinct badge on scanner results and stock pages, alongside the existing De-Merger, Acquisition, and Order Win badges, so you can spot recovery candidates at a glance.
MTF outstanding & % of free float on the stock page
The outstanding MTF amount now sits inline in the MTF leverage pill, shown as a percentage of tradeable free float — a sharper concentration signal than % of market cap. The MTF Exposure Trend chart plots % of free float and adds a "Current" tile for today's funded amount.
Richer Result Announcement cards
Result Announcement cards now show a market-cap pill, P/E, Price/Sales, and an RS Score badge in the header, plus a 3-quarter comparison grid for revenue, net profit, OPM, NPM, and EPS with YoY and QoQ growth — so you read the trend, not just the latest number. The table view gains an RS Score column.
Unified MTF Approved Securities table
The MTF Approved Securities page now shows leverage details and outstanding exposure side-by-side in a single table, with new Exposure Amount, % of Market Cap, and Exposure Shares columns. Liquid, Bond, and G-Sec ETFs are filtered out by default to keep the focus on equity-style securities.
"Unique ETFs" toggle now respects active filters
Toggling the "Unique ETFs" checkbox on scanner results no longer wipes your active filters — your filter chips stay applied against the deduplicated set.
Exchange filing links now open the actual PDF
Exchange Filings links — on both the stock detail page and the Exchange Filings page — now open the correct announcement PDF, including older filings that BSE has since archived.
MTF Leverage panel on Market Pulse
New "Margin Trading Facility" panel on the Market Pulse dashboard shows total broker-funded leverage outstanding in the system, today's fresh vs. closed flow, market-wide breadth (count and % of stocks under MTF), and a 4-state regime badge — Healthy participation / Heating up / Forced unwind / Low conviction — that reads at a glance. The companion correlation chart plots ~300 days of outstanding leverage with paired fresh/liquidated bars and a breadth sparkline, sharing a time axis with the existing Nifty 500 panel.
MTF Exposure trend on stock detail page
Margin-eligible stocks now show a compact "MTF Funding" tile in the info-boxes strip with the latest funded amount, day-over-day change, and % of market cap (color-coded for >5% and >10% concentration). Below the price chart, a 60-session trend chart visualizes funded amount and % of market cap together with daily delta bars — making it easy to spot accumulation and unwind days alongside price action.
Exposure tab on MTF Approved Securities
The MTF Approved Securities page now has two tabs. The new Exposure tab surfaces the latest funded amount, % of market cap (with threshold colouring), funded shares, and the as-of date for every MTF-eligible stock. Filter by % of mcap range, hide rows that don't reflect today's session, and sort by funded amount to find where leverage is most concentrated. A new Total Outstanding MTF aggregate sits in the summary row.
Easier-to-read Market Pulse stack charts
The NOUS Historical, BNF Band Position, and Market Breadth Waterfall charts have been flipped so the bullish green bands sit at the bottom and the bearish red bands sit at the top. As market conditions improve, the green band now visibly rises from the floor instead of squeezing down from the top — making it intuitive at a glance whether breadth is strengthening or deteriorating.
Portfolio bug fixed
Resolved a bug affecting the Portfolio page that was causing incorrect behavior for some users.

NOUS & BNF historical charts
Added historical breakdown charts to NOUS and BNF sections on Market Pulse. NOUS shows a 4-segment composition over time (green stable, positive crossover, negative crossover, red stable). BNF shows three linked views — band position, upper-band crossover rate, and rising/falling momentum — with a shared Daily/Weekly/Monthly toggle. Extreme-day markers highlight thrust and capitulation days.
